Product Returns

Product returns are welcome within 30 days of purchase for unused products in the same condition in which you purchased the product. Nursing bras and tanks must have the tags on for return, exchange or store credit. Products returned that are not in the same condition may be accepted with the owner’s approval and a re-stocking fee to be assessed by the store owner. For products bought online, please send an email to  prior to sending back an item for return.  Customer pays for return shipping.  Store credit, which does not expire, will be issued minus actual shipping cost. If you received a free gift with your order it must be returned along with the items or we will deduct the cost of the free item from your refund. Final sale items and holiday items may not be returned.


Product exchanges are welcome within 30 days of purchase for unused products in the same condition in which you purchased the product. The exchange can be made for the same product (different size or design) or the current value of the product will be applied to a gift card for your use as store credit.


Our instructors work hard to prepare in advance for classes and also require a minimum number of attendees to hold classes. Class payments are refundable up to 72 hours before the class takes place. After this time, classes and events are non-refundable but can be used for a future class or store credit.

Special Orders

Special Orders that total $100 or more in value must be paid for in advance. If you no longer want the product or you’d like to return it, it will be returned for instore credit only, which does not expire.


We offer free shipping on products over $50 within the United Sates. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours.If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday they will be shipped within 48 hours of the next business day. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. If you would like your packaged insured, please purchase shipping insurance at check out.  If you do not purchase insurance, we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse so we strongly encourage the purchase of insurance.


We do our best to keep our online inventory up-to-date, but if something you ordered ends up not being in stock we'll email or call you to offer you a substitute product/color or offer a full refund for that item.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and returns of goods purchased with a gift certificate are refunded via store credit. Discounts, coupon codes or other promotions cannot be used to purchase a gift certificate.

Social Media/Facebook Policy

Please remember that our social media pages are monitored by Mother’s Haven and that our team members put their heart into creating a retail space and support center that we love dearly. Because this page reflects that vision we have a few ground rules as to how this page will operate to maintain that supportive atmosphere.

Ground rules

  1. Please be respectful: Be respectful of our business and be respectful of each other. No foul language, hate speech or personal insults will be tolerated. In addition, please respect that this brand space is owned by Mother’s Haven. That means that it is not the place to further your own agendas. We reserve the right to moderate comments on this page as we see fit. If we find your comments or posts to be unkind or unfair, we will delete them. Posts that invoke controversy can be removed without warning.  Repeat offenders may be banned from the page.
  2. We will do our best to enforce this policy however, there are times when an admin might miss something. If you feel like something is getting out of hand please message us and kindly ask us to moderate.
  3. This page is moderated by Mother’s Haven employees. As a small business, we all juggle several roles at once. Please keep this in mind in your interactions with this page and give us grace and time to respond.
  4. Customer service issues should not be directed to this page, but instead to Keeping all our customer service questions about warranties, product issues and shipping helps us to stay organized and ensures you will get the quickest and most accurate answer. Customer service questions on the page will be deleted.
  5. There are certain hot button issues that are off limits on this page. They include, but are not limited to, vaccinations, circumcision and abortion. There are other places to discuss these issues, our brand space is not that place.
  6. Please no spam! Don’t post ads for your business, Go Fund Me links, or affiliate links.
  7. No Buy/Sell/Trade Posts of any kind on this page.
